Getting Started

What exactly are BOSWaves indicators?
BOSWaves indicators are custom-built Pine Script tools that run directly on TradingView. They analyse price action, volume, and market structure to highlight high-probability trade setups — giving you a clear, visual edge right on your chart.
Do I need to be an experienced trader to use them?
Not at all. Every indicator comes with documentation and recommended settings for popular markets. Whether you are new to trading or have years of experience, the indicators are designed to be intuitive and easy to configure. You can also get help in our Discord community.
Do I need a specific TradingView plan?
No. BOSWaves indicators work with any TradingView plan, including the free plan. However, some TradingView features like multiple indicators per chart or server-side alerts may require a paid TradingView subscription.
Which markets and timeframes do the indicators work on?
BOSWaves indicators work on any instrument available on TradingView — forex, crypto, stocks, futures, indices, and commodities. They function on all timeframes from 1-minute scalping charts to weekly swing trading charts.
How do I access the indicators after purchasing?
After purchase, you'll enter your TradingView username on the confirmation page and your indicator access is granted automatically. Once granted, simply search for the indicator in TradingView's Indicators panel and add it to your chart — no downloads or installations required.

Pricing and Billing

What is the BOSWaves Bundle?
The Bundle gives you access to all 7 BOSWaves indicators for $69.99/mo — saving you over $112/mo compared to subscribing to each indicator individually. You can switch from individual indicators to the Bundle at any time from your account.
Can I switch between individual indicators and the Bundle?
Yes. You can switch to the Bundle at any time from your account page. When you switch, your existing individual indicators are replaced with the full Bundle and you're charged the prorated difference immediately. You can also add or remove individual indicators whenever you like.
Can I cancel or change my plan at any time?
Yes. All plans are billed monthly with no long-term contracts. You can add or remove individual indicators, switch to the Bundle, or cancel entirely at any time from your account. If you cancel, you retain access through the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges. If you cancel your subscription, you will keep access to your indicators until the end of your current billing period.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, your indicator access will be temporarily suspended until payment is resolved. Once your payment method is updated and the charge succeeds, access is restored automatically.
How do I manage my billing or update my payment method?
You can manage your billing details, update your payment method, and view invoices through the billing portal accessible from your account page.

Account and Access

Can I use the indicators on multiple TradingView accounts?
No. Each BOSWaves subscription is linked to a single TradingView username. Indicator access cannot be shared with or transferred to other accounts.
What if I change my TradingView username?
If you change your TradingView username, you'll need to update it on your BOSWaves account page so we can re-grant access to the correct account.
Can I share my indicator access with someone else?
No. Sharing your indicator access is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in your account being terminated without refund.
What happens to my account if I cancel?
Your account remains active. You retain access to your indicators until the end of your current billing period, after which indicator access is revoked. You can resubscribe at any time.

Technical

My indicator isn't showing up on TradingView. What do I do?
First, make sure the TradingView username on your BOSWaves account page matches your actual TradingView account exactly. If it does, try searching for the indicator name in TradingView's Indicators panel under "Invite-only scripts". If you still can't find it, contact us at support@boswaves.com.
Do indicators update automatically?
Yes. When we release updates to an indicator, your chart will automatically use the latest version the next time it loads. No action required on your end.
Can I use BOSWaves indicators with automated trading?
BOSWaves indicators can generate alerts through TradingView's alert system, which can be connected to webhooks for automation. However, using indicators for commercial purposes such as signal services or managed accounts requires a separate commercial licence. See our Terms of Service for details.

Are BOSWaves indicators financial advice?

Is my data safe?
Yes. We only collect your email and TradingView username. Payment information is handled securely by Stripe and never stored on our servers. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
